4 Starters

We are sisters… 2 of 4 sisters, Diana & Donna. People often ask us if we’re twins – we giggle with the exact same laugh, and then let them know we’re not.  Although looking at pictures of us growing up, we were dressed alike quite often – we try not to do that anymore.  :)  We are the middle girls.  Linda and Doris are our 2 sisters, who we absolutely cherish.  Doris is the baby, and Linda has the curly hair.  People definitely know we’re related when we’re all together, not only from our appearance, but we sound exactly alike.  We also have 1 awesome brother, David, who luckily doesn’t sound like us.  He was such a lucky guy to have 4 fun sisters, don’t you think?  No need to ask him, though!  Seriously, our loving parents instilled the importance of a close-knit family, which we are so thankful for.  We love being together and working together, so awesome!

This is our 4sisterShop blog.  We have created it so that you can get to know us better.  We will share fun facts, along with our shopping, traveling, and other escapades with you.  We will also introduce new products occasionally and offer tips in decorating and color matching.  Diana and I both are extremely passionate about our business.  We love our new shop.  We love repurposing and creating new items.  We love searching for treasures, especially finding those with stories.  We will update you on all of these as we continue on this journey.

4 now, here’s a little more about us …

Diana is artistic and creative.  She loves to decorate, and also loves to change her décor.  We like to call her a serial re-decorator - good thing she’s so good at it!  She is always looking for items to paint or change and always creating!

I am an organizer and a planner.  I love to decorate as well, but once décor has been planned and set, I tend to leave it for a while – continually adding new things of course!  I like to be busy and move quickly.

Both of us love grande single lattes, chocolate, most desserts, burritos, old wood with chippy paint, rusty metal, bowls and pitchers, old windows and doors, the word patina, shoes, lots of jewelry, the happy dance, and laughing out loud.  But most importantly, we love God and our family.

Love & Happiness, Donna (& Diana)
